My name is Mark W K MacKay and I’m a freelance Lighting Cameraman based in Inverness.
From a young age, I have enjoyed telling stories through videos and images. For nearly 7 years, I worked as a BBC News (staff) Cameraman, covering a wide variety of stories on a Local, National and International level. From General Elections, Royal Family events, red carpet film premieres and Champions League Football Matches
In addition to my work as a News Cameraman for the BBC, I also have a degree in Audio Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University and I am fluent in Scottish Gaelic.
